Last Wednesday, on June the 6th, resulting from the last year’s Board meeting of Assembly of European Regions (AER) in Sarajevo, an important step has been made in bringing Bosnia and Herzegovina closer to the European Union: as a pioneer among prospective EU candidates in the area of regional cooperation the Sarajevo Canton has festively opened an office in Brussels in the presence of the Secretary General of AER, Mr Klaus Klipp.
