Marking the launch of the new AER Emergency Planning Network, this seminar was an occasion to share experience, best and worst practice, on how to prevent and respond to specific emergency situations: floods and martime accidents.

Can you predict floods and how? How do you communicate with the population and keep them safe?
How do you limit the environmental damage caused by an accident at sea?
